Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organisation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to course materials, workshop assignments, instructional videos, graphics, text, and interactive tools, is the exclusive property of Ridafiy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in our content.

5.2 Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use platform content solely for your personal educational purposes. This licence does not permit you to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit any content or services.

5.3 Your Submissions

By submitting assignments, comments, feedback, or any other content through the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display such content as necessary to operate and improve the platform. You retain ownership of your original submissions.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Fees

Access to certain workshops and programme modules may require payment of applicable fees. All fees are stated at the point of purchase and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and conditions are outlined at the point of enrolment. Unless otherwise stated, refund requests must be submitted within the period specified on the relevant programme page. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the stated conditions or that show evidence of misuse.

6.3 Chargebacks

However, we make no guarantee that participation will result in any specific financial outcome, improvement, or result. Individual outcomes depend on personal effort, circumstances, and factors beyond our control.

9.2 Platform Availability

We strive to maintain consistent platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
